Welcome to rugby! We are so glad you are a part of our rugby family or are looking to get involved. Rugby NorCal is the governing body for youth rugby in Northern California. We work to ensure hard to ensure that all player have the opportunity to play and develop their skills in a safe, fun environment. Whether you are a brand new parent to rugby or have been part of the rugby family for ages, this website is full of useful information for  you and your child.

For Your Information

All referees, administrators and coaches within Rugby NorCal are background checked and certified through USA Rugby. All head-coaches have a minimum level 200 USA Rugby coaching certification. You may see coaches on the sidelines with their certification lanyards.

All registered players are a part of our Player Welfare Program, which tracks injuries and ensures that players follow proper medical procedures before returning to play.

Rugby NorCal does their best to communicate important information to its members. As the parent of a registered player, you may be added to our monthly newsletter to receive relevant information about policies and procedures, events and rugby activities in your area.
